Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unused and undamaged
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or your order number

How to return an item
Return requests must be made via email.
Send an email to info@binoview.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@binoview.com. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges
Want a different item? Please return your current order as described above. Once we’ve accepted the return, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm its approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
