1. How does the Binoview adapter work?

The Binoview adapter is easily mounted on one of the two eyepieces of your binoculars. This is done without having to modify or adjust the binoculars, so you can continue to use them in the traditional way.

Mounting: The adapter is attached to one of the binoculars' eyepieces. This ensures that you always have the adapter at hand when you want to film.

Magnetic system: The adapter has powerful magnets built in. You attach a metal plate to your smartphone.

Filming with ease: Once the smartphone is placed on the adapter with the metal plate, it remains firmly in place. This makes it possible to look and film through the other eyepiece of the binoculars, without having to worry about your smartphone falling or shifting.

Ease of use: A great advantage of the Binoview adapter is that you don’t have to remove it to use the binoculars normally. You can easily switch between filming and observing without any hassle, making it a handy accessory for nature lovers and bird watchers.

The Binoview Adapter allows you to effortlessly capture impressive images of animals, birds and aircraft while enjoying the traditional binocular viewing experience.

2. Which binoculars does the adapter fit?

For this we have created a special fit guide. Is your binocular not listed? Then measure the outside of the eyepiece. Everything between 35–42 mm fits.

3. Does the adapter also fit telescopes or other optical devices?

The adapter fits all optical devices with two eyepieces where the outer diameter of the adapter is between 35 and 42 mm. For telescopes we do not have a product yet.

4. Will my phone stay securely in place during use?

All mobile phones up to 400 grams stick to the adapter with ease.

5. Does the adapter affect the picture quality?

No, neither from the mobile phone nor from the user himself.

6. Can I use the adapter with a phone case?

As long as a metal plate can be placed on the back of the case, this is not a problem.

7. Is the adapter compatible with all smartphones?

The adapter is compatible with most smartphones. As long as your device has a flat back that can hold a metal plate, it can be used with the Binoview adapter.

8. Can the adapter affect wireless charging?

The metal plate can affect wireless charging. That is why we recommend placing the metal plate on a mobile phone case, so that you can remove the mobile phone case with the metal plate if you still want to charge wirelessly.

Warranty and returns

9. What is the warranty period?

Binoview will accept returns or exchanges on items that are intact with their original packaging and in new condition within 14 days of the original ship date for items purchased directly from binoview.com. Please contact our Customer Service Team at info@binoview.com for a Return Authorization Number. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued.

10. What should I do if my product is defective?

You can report the defect via info@binoview.com. Clearly describe the problem and support this with photos or videos. Please note that the photos and videos are not too large, otherwise the report will not be sent.

11. Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return your purchase within 14 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. To do so, send an email to info@binoview.com.

12. How does the return process work?

You will email info@binoview.com for a return authorization number. Once approved, you may return the product. After inspection, you will receive a refund or exchange.

13. Are there any costs associated with returning an item?

Return costs are borne by the purchasing party.

Orders and Shipping

14. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and the size of your package.

15. How long does delivery take?

Delivery within the EU takes on average 2 to 5 working days.

16. Do you ship worldwide?

Currently only in the EU.

17. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

18. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order by sending an email to info@binoview.com.

19. Can I physically view your product somewhere?

Currently we only offer our products to B2C and there are no products available at dealers yet. But feel free to read our reviews if you are not convinced yet.

20. Are there any dealers or stores where Binoview products are available?

This is something we are working on. In the future we want to set up partnerships with selected outlets.
