Article 1 – General
This website is operated by Binoview. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. These apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site. Please read them carefully before using our services or placing an order.

Article 2 – Product Information and Prices
All information on our website is compiled with the utmost care. However, it is possible that certain product details are incorrect or outdated. Prices may change without prior notice. No rights can be derived from typographical errors.

Article 3 – Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Binoview. You are required to provide accurate contact and payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if misuse or incomplete information is suspected.

Article 4 – Shipping
We ship within the European Union, the UK, and Switzerland. Average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. More information is available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Article 5 – Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must always be submitted via email to info@binoview.com.
Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Note: returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. See our Return Policy for more details.

Article 6 – Warranty and Complaints
If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 3 days at info@binoview.com, including clear photos or videos of the issue. We will carefully review your request and work with you on a solution.

Article 7 – Personal Data
When placing an order or filling out a contact form, personal data is collected. This information is only used to fulfill your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, and designs on binoview.com are the property of Binoview or its partners and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Article 9 – Liability
Binoview is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products or website, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Article 10 – Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, the courts of the district where Binoview is based have jurisdiction.
